LK Manifold Cabinet GV Prefab is supplied complete with a pre-installed LK Värmekretsfördelare RF, including couplings for connecting 16 mm underfloor heating pipes.
The manifold has a shut-off valve fitted on the supply side. On the return side, LK OptiFlow Evo II is fitted for flow balancing and shut-off.
NOTE! The cabinet is intended for right-hand installation, i.e. the manifold is connected from the right-hand side of the cabinet, either through the side panel or through the cabinet base.
The cabinet has a sealed base with rubber pipe grommets. The cabinet base is fitted with a drainage outlet, allowing any leakage water to be drained to an inspectable location in accordance with industry practice.
The cabinet is made of 1 mm powder-coated sheet steel, RAL 9016.
The cabinet is intended for recessed wall installation or surface wall mounting. The minimum stud depth for recessed installation is 95 mm.
The cabinet should be complemented with a frame/door.
The cabinet is supplied with pipe grommets for 8–20 mm, pipe/conduit grommets for 12–34 mm, a bellows sleeve and 1.5 metres of conduit for drainage, a drainage bend with outlet plate, cable entries for room control, a splash guard and installation instructions.
If a 32 mm supply pipe (with 42 mm conduit) is to be connected, the cabinet must be supplemented with LK Rörgenomföring 32 RiR (RSK 2419595).
The rear of the cabinet is fitted with four pre-mounted M8 nuts that can be used for mounting to an LK Skåpsstativ when the cabinet is to be installed before a concrete slab is poured.
The cabinet side panels are equipped with knockout holes for optional side connection of supply and return pipes.
The top of the cabinet has knockout holes for optional main pipe routing through the cabinet, as well as knockout holes for optional cable entries for room control.
