When purchasing an air-to-air heat pump through Budi, installation must be carried out by a certified installer. In order to collect the product, you as the customer must submit the installer's company certification number and your contact details in advance. Once this has been approved by Budi, a pickup time will be scheduled, and you as the customer will sign a contract on site at Budi confirming the information submitted.
